P and I saw this last week. I actually didn't fall asleep, which is a first for me since I always fall asleep during a movie at home and in the theater. It's really cute and has a great message for kids and grown ups.

So the patterns get the idea. Stacie whereever you are Liam's blanket is done. If you click on the photo it takes you to more blankets.

Satisfied Customer

My friend Marianne got a blanket for her dog Gretchen and here is a photo of the satisfied customer enjoying the blanket.

In other news. Perry and I will be visiting Springer on Friday. This will be Perry's first time seeing the school we hope he gets to attend. It's going to be a huge sacrifice schedule wise and financially, but if it's what God wants for Perry it'll all work out, as if it's just how life is suppose to be. Posted by Picasa

Lots of Blankets

Originally uploaded by Yoda0419.
Cyndi finished up 6 blankets before she took off for a week. I went and purchased all I needed for the orders I have, so she'll be busy when she returns. If you click on the photo you can see many of the blankets we've completed.

Nice People

Make nice things. I'm just saying she has some major sewing skills.

You can view my other blog for more details. Springer is sort of up in the air as of right now. Seems his IQ isn't high enough among other issues. Right, and that's easy to take, when you know your kid is super smart, just extremely difficult to test. Frustrating when you feel this is the perfect place for him. Though the administrator we spoke to was correct in saying we don't want to enter into this relationship, which is extremely costly, and inconvenient, if they aren't equipt with the knowledge or the tools to help him. Not to worry the money we have raised thus far will be put to good use, he'll still need some occupational therapy as well as some tutoring. Besides Springer is taking his case before a larger "campfire" so to speak, have highly skilled learning disability specialists take a look and see where we stand. Send up some words that the right thing happens. In the mean time Cyndi send a better picture. She and mom have sewn 9 blankets in the past week. I have purchased the material. Fun Fun Fun! Ok just kidding the picture wouldn't upload for some reason? I'll get it in another post. Cyndi will be oh so happy!

Blanket Production slow this week....

Life seems to be getting in the way. Only another week of school left and then we can kick it into high gear. So please feel free to send us your orders. I got the nursing print. Mom picked it up at Stitches today. A little pricey, but Angie's sister will really love it. Still on the hunt for Noah's Ark, hope to check Hancocks tomorrow. Saw the same ugly print at Joannes again yesterday. I promise you if you order a blanket I will not choose ugly fabric. Gotta represent!

We meet with Springers administrator on Thursday. Looking forward to getting things rolling, and some questions answered. If anyone knows anything about grants for early education gimme a shout.

Fabric Madness

So if you know of a good medical print, like for nursing or doctors....let me know because that's what I am in search of right now. I also need a good Noahs Ark print....found one today but it was horrible.
Check out some more embroidery action....many many many props to the sewing master Cyndi. I am growing quite fond of Hello Kitty.
